IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT I CARRY OUT AND FOLLOW LL OF THE CORRECT PROCEDURES REGARDING ALLERGY TESTING, TO KEEP YOU ALL SAFE

Cancellation Policy

ALL NEW CLIENTS REQUIRE AN ALLERGY ALERT TEST BEFORE THEIR COLOUR APPOINTMENT


THIS WILL NEED TO BE PERFORMED AT HOME AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT

PHOTOS OF THE TEST IN PLACE AND THE RESULT MUST BE TAKEN AND SENT TO ME


FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLED APPOINTMENT AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY

Being a one person business and in high demand, the cost of late cancellations to me is high. It is therefore important clients are aware I operate the following cancellation policy, applicable to all bookings. This is in place to ensure the costs of late cancellations are covered.


  • A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure an appointment. This will be 50% for all services excluding colour (see below). This is deducted from your final bill.


  • For colour services, a consultation is always required. These will be charged at £25, of which £10 will be deducted off your final bill.


  • The above is payable by Bank Transfer or by Card using SUM-UP payment link sent by me at time of booking. Payment is required within 48 hours to secure the appointment (and colour consultation), otherwise that slot will become available again


  • I absolutely understand that the unexpected may happen and you may need to alter or cancel an appointment. I do kindly ask however that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given by you. Your booking fee will then be transferred to the revised appointment and deducted accordingly. 


  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment will regretfully forfeit their booking fee. This is due to me being unable to fill the appointment at such short notice.

  • No-shows or cancellations on the day by the client will be liable for the full cost of that appointment.


  • Unfortunately, further appointments cannot be made until the above costs have been met by the client


  • The above fees are fair and helps cover the cost to me of the cancellation

FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN THE RESCHEDULING OF THEIR APPOINTMENT AND LOST BOOKING FEES

Refund & Redo Policy
Clear Terms = No Arguing. This is Your FIRST Line of Defence.
At Vici Hall Bespoke Hairdressing,  I believe in transparency and professionalism. This written policy protects both you and myself. If any issues arise, we always bring the conversation back to this policy — it removes emotion, prevents back-and-forth, and keeps everything fair.

Redo Policy
If you’re unhappy with your hair, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment.
I will:
- Invite you back for an in-salon/home assessment, and
- Offer a complimentary redo if the result does not match the agreed      plan.

- Redo appointments must be booked within 7 days of your original        visit.
- A redo is NOT offered for a change of mind.

Refund Policy
Because all my services are bespoke and time-based, I do not offer refunds on completed hair services.

However, I will always offer a redo where appropriate under the policy above.

Retail products may be refunded or exchanged only if they are unopened, unused, and in original condition, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Colour Services
All new colour clients — and clients with changes in health or medication — must have a 48-hour allergy test before colour appointments.

Without this, we cannot perform your colour service.

Late & Missed Appointments
Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or missed appointments may result in a lost deposit or full service charge, as this protects my valuable time and other clients’ bookings.

Why This Policy Exists
Clear written terms are our first line of defence. They keep expectations realistic, avoid misunderstandings, and ensure a calm, professional at home hair experience for everyone.
